About Us

Our Story

Opulence Pictures, an award-winning, fully-fledged motion picture and service production company, was founded in 2020 in Los Angeles by Nika Finch and Daniel Couts. We have since expanded to Manchester, UK, and Malta.

We are dedicated to producing our own films, mostly based on true stories with deep inspirational meaning, aimed at keeping audiences inspired and aware of various global issues that can be improved. Additionally, we provide exceptional production services, bringing Hollywood expertise and innovative approaches to the UK and Malta. With extensive experience in international film production, we understand the intricacies and demands of the global film production landscape.

We are proud to have our state-of-the-art post-production house, BritMalta Cinelab, as part of our company, offering comprehensive post-production services in the UK and Malta. Our specialties include Hollywood-grade visual effects (VFX), 3D modeling, XR, animation, editing, color grading, beauty enhancement, sound design, and music composing. Our team has worked on blockbuster movies, and our standards speak for themselves.

With new offices in the UK and Malta, we help productions apply for cash rebates (and finance them if necessary) of up to 40% in Malta and 25% in the UK—increasing to 40% from April 2025—for film and TV productions. Additionally, we can assist in financing projects through our film finance partners and investors, making it easier to bring productions to fruition.

Our connections and business relationships run deep within Hollywood and expand globally. We consider our trusted business partners a big family. We work closely with CAA (Creative Artists Agency) and WME (William Morris Endeavor Entertainment) agents, successful Hollywood producers, international production companies, distributors, private investors, and funds.
